Automate eMail Sending
Please add an ability to automatically send out eMails. Example, create an eMail template, specify this to be sent to all records n days after a customer record was created. or With custom fields, add a date field (day of departure in a hotel for example). Enable to send this eMail n days/n hours before that departure date.
Please add the ability to create some custom fields to be able to segment the customer records.
Duplicate Prevention for Customer Voice Uploader
Get notified of duplicates when using the Customer Voice uploader so that you don't need to cross-reference and remove duplicates post-upload.
Post Reviews to Google with Review Widget
Post reviews that meet set criteria (such as a minimum number of stars) to Google automatically on behalf of clients.
Request templates to have separate template for "mylisting" workflow
The main paint point around this product’s workflow is MyListing or ReviewGating which causes friction in the user experience when submitting a review for a client. I have received feedback from a client that they are interested in having anything but a frictionless way to write a review (negative or positive) on public sites (ie. Google/Facebook). It is proving non-beneficial to have it initially block that option via Contact Us as a standard practice, we should have two templates to avoid this option off the bat.
