Review transfer to target site
Redirect to target site and have review from review widget pasted into the target's site review field.. Currently once a client leaves a review in the customer voice widget they get redirected to Google but then they need te re-type the review all over again. Or maybe have a prompt saying "please copy this review and paste it on the next screen" something like that.
Tag added to SMS registration to display successful verification
When the SMS registration form has been approved and verified the "In Progress" tag is removed and is not replaced with a tag denoting that the registration was successful. This is leading to confusion from clients as they are not certain if the registration has been approved.
Automate eMail Sending
Please add an ability to automatically send out eMails. Example, create an eMail template, specify this to be sent to all records n days after a customer record was created. or With custom fields, add a date field (day of departure in a hotel for example). Enable to send this eMail n days/n hours before that departure date.
Give option to MANUALLY SET 'review completed' on a contact
Since you don't/can't check whether a contact has completed a review on Google or FB - so then I can't filter them out and ensure they don't get an email sent AGAIN - please allow the ability to manually set this on a contact. AND - let this edit be done in BULK, so I can go through the list and just hit a checkmark in a column to toggle that setting.
Automate Uploading of Customer Contact Data
Customer Voice should be able to connect to any client CRM to pull their customers' name, email, phone number info automatically to request reviews.
Allow Better Sort & Export Options
It would be extremely beneficial if there was an option that allowed the Exporting of the lists when sorted. Clients are needing to update their CRM to show if a customer opts out, reports spam, etc. and currently the only way to address this is a messy copy & paste.
Enable Custom Subdomains
Please consider adding the ability for us to use custom subdomains for Customer Voice App
Allow the ability to BULK edit tags
Let me enter bulk edit mode on the contacts and apply the same tag to mulitple records at once
Allow multiple tags on a customer
Please allow multiple tags on a contact loaded into customer voice, ESPECIALLY so I can use it as a workaround for not being able to identify when a contact has left a review on Google or FB via the 2 links included in the email template.
