Request templates to have separate template for "mylisting" workflow

The main paint point around this product’s workflow is MyListing or ReviewGating which causes friction in the user experience when submitting a review for a client. I have received feedback from a client that they are interested in having anything but a frictionless way to write a review (negative or positive) on public sites (ie. Google/Facebook). It is proving non-beneficial to have it initially block that option via Contact Us as a standard practice, we should have two templates to avoid this option off the bat.
