See when a teammate is typing a message in Inbox
To ensure a customer doesn't get a double-response from two different agents, show users of the same organization when someone is typing a message in Inbox.
I agree with Jordan's input on anyone viewer update feature as it provides more clarity.
not only typing but even viewing cause they may just be on it, not typing, but looking into an update. Check out what Zendesk does for this. (attached)
