Improving photo and logo submission experience
When I want to add photos to my Google Business Profile, Facebook, or my Listing Sync Pro provider, I want to add the description and tags all at once so that I don’t have to go into each and add those later.
A tooltip describing how to best use the media tab would also be helpful.
Hi Erin, have you considered to structure the Media tab in a way so that it is clear whether I am adding:
- a logo to syndicate to Google vs Facebook vs other sources (each can have different formatting so I might want to add it specifically designed for the sources)
- a banner to syndicate to Google vs Facebook vs other sources (same reason- different formatting)
Lastly, would it be possible to add a clickthrough URL?
Sumarry: Ideally, as a User, I would want to add my pictures to Business Profile with the possibility to add specific ones for the most important sources such as Google and Facebook (Google Logo, Facebook Profile Picture and Banner). I could also add description, tags and URL.
All this would be syndicated, so if I looked at (for example) my Google Business Profile, I´d see the logo and pictures with the descriptions and after clicking on the image, I would be directed to the URL link.

Yes, Media in Business Profile is a bit outdated. One would need to be able to add multiple photos at the same time and not as it is today one by one. This is really tedious. Captions to the Photo would be great, but probably they might not be able to sync through all the platforms connected.
