Fully Customizable Acquisition Widget/Form Builder
The Acquisition Widget is a useful tool, however the fields are not currently customizable. A custom form builder would be useful and is currently available on other platforms like Hubspot.
Have the "Book a meeting button" in email builder pull from the Salesperson's profile
Presently, the booking link in the Book a meeting button uses Vendasta's Meeting Scheduler to provide a booking link, but partners use a variety of booking tools, including CalendarHero, to schedule meetings. If the Book a meeting button in Email Builder pulled from the salesperson's profile, like the book a meeting button in Business App does, it would allow partners and their sales teams to have much greater customization.
Ability to Sort & Delete Campaigns
Delete (i.e. test campaigns) vs. archive. Ability to sort both our own and recommended campaigns by column heading.
Dynamic Fields From Account Custom Fields In Email Campaigns
It would be great to have the ability to insert dynamic fields from the custom fields of an account this way we can personalize an email based on custom data which would increase the emails response rate.
Create an automation trigger for specific link clicks in campaigns
When a user clicks a specific link in a campaign, I'd like to have it trigger an automation of my choice.
Link Tracking in Campaigns
Track customer engagement by tracking multiple links in campaigns so that you can track user engagement and take the necessary action to convert the prospect into a lead.
Ability for Salespeople to Create Email Campaigns
Right now, salespeople in Sales & Success Center can send email campaigns but cannot create their own. It would be great for salespeople to have access to an email builder, even if it isn't full access to the admin level email builder.
Ability to manage preferences and unsubscribe from different email campaign types
As an agency owner, I might have multiple types of emails I send my customers, like nurture, newsletters, blog updates, etc. Currently, if a recipient unsubscribes from any of these emails, they'll be unsubscribed from ALL. Give Vendasta partners the ability to set up different marketing email types, and allow recipients the ability to manage their email preferences and unsubscribe from individual email types.
Use A/B emails/workflows to analyze the user engagement and build powerful Campaigns or Customer Journeys using Automations to convert the qualified leads.
Pause and Resume Status
When I pause an Active Campaign, I get a pop-up saying the campaign has been paused but there is nothing within the email campaign verifying that info, also the status of the campaign just says "completed" all the time, the same thing if I go back and select Resume, at this point, as a partner or Vendasta user I would not even know if the campaign actually ever paused
