As a sales manager, I want to know which leads are of quality and why (based on firmographic data + website, email platform engagement activity + conversion point, etc.). When a new lead comes in, I want to route that lead to a sales rep with a summary in my CRM telling me:
  • why it’s a good lead
  • what products and services they offer today
  • who they sell to currently
  • what they’re most interested in
It would be great to get these insights delivered via AI so my team doesn't need to spend time digging for them.
