Business App users can capture and store various types of activities and associate them with their contacts
As part of our efforts to become the system of record for our customers, we are working to improve the way we capture and store customer data on the platform. In addition to the new Contact and Company models, which respectively capture information about individuals and organizations, we also have an activity model that captures related events, such as calls, meetings, emails, and many more.
To improve upon this current functionality, we plan to develop a new CRM activity model to better serve our platform users.
Business App Users will be able to:
  1. Create, read, update, and delete the contact’s activities
  2. Able to find contacts based on the contact’s activities
  3. Support other services and vendors to extend and update the activities model
