Automated List Cleaning Based on Engagement for Email Campaigns

I would like to request a feature that allows partners to automatically segment or remove/unsubscribe contacts from our lists based on their engagement with email campaigns—specifically, to automatically remove or suppress contacts who do not click a designated link or button (such as “Yes, keep me subscribed”) within a specified period.
Currently, managing this process manually is time-consuming and challenging, especially with large contact lists. Automated engagement-based list cleaning would help partners maintain healthy, engaged audiences and improve deliverability, while saving significant administrative time.
Thank you for considering this enhancement for the Vendasta platform.

Hey Hannah Benson Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. I completely agree that having more advanced suppression automation would save significant time and help improve both audience health and email deliverability!
At the moment, for contact or company-based campaigns, filtering is available based on general engagement (for example, whether a contact has opened or clicked an email), but it does not yet extend to tracking clicks on a specific link or button.
The good news is that we are actively working on enhancing this campaign logic to deliver more powerful marketing automation. Support for specific link-click conditions in contact and company-based campaigns is included in our Q4 roadmap.

Gabriel Tsoi what is the estimate launch of this feature?
Gabriel Tsoi
Emanuel Yoder Hi, currently you can filter for contacts who haven’t clicked your emails by using the 'Last campaign email click date' field.
Right now, our team is focusing on allowing standalone email sends (without the need for building full campaigns). This work will help resolving technical debts and create a new foundation for marketing email sending. Once this core work is complete, we will continue to extend the tracking functionality to include specific link-click conditions.
