I am reaching out to consult with your technical department regarding a challenge we are facing with our current signup and purchase flow. We are experiencing significant drop-offs due to friction between lead registration and final conversion.
The Current Issue:
Source: A lead registers via a landing page for a specific product (e.g., AI Voice Receptionist).
Post-Registration: After creating an account, the user is redirected directly to the Business App dashboard, but the product is inactive.
Friction: The user must then manually navigate to the Store, search for the product, and complete the checkout process.
The Result: This multi-step process causes confusion and lowers our conversion rate, as users lose urgency before completing the payment.
Our Desired Onboarding Flow: We would like to implement a more streamlined, "Payment-First" sequence:
Landing Page → Account Registration → Immediate Redirect to the specific product’s Checkout page.
Activation: Once payment is confirmed, the product should be automatically provisioned.
Access: The user enters the platform only after payment, with the product already active and ready to use.
