ZERO Notification of payment made status

I have tried multiple times within Stripe and within partner center to enable a notification when a customer initiates a payment. Be it by card or ACH any other payment processor or bank application in the world sends you a notification that the payment has been initiated. Not sure why this simple feature is not enables, allowed, configured or built as it is not helpful to only get a notification 5 days later after the payment has posted in Stripe.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention!
Our payment notifications are configured to immediately send upon a success or failure event of that method of payment. When a customer is paying with a credit card these events are near instantaneous and the notifications are triggered immediately.
When looking further into our ACH notifications I found that the notifications do not send immediately as the payments take several days to determine if they are a success/failure, thus creating a delay in the notifications you are seeing.
I will certainly take this feedback back to the team and review how are initiating these payment notifications.

Kayla Zieske Thank you Kayla. Definitely would help, even just configuring a simple webhook to have listener from vendasta’s system to stripe that would trigger a notification once the ACH is processing would likely do it. Probably would only take the development team a half hour max.
