Unable to save the Sender Name and email

Hey Team, I'm unable to add/save sender Name and email in the Email configuration of the Business App.

Shyamala M I have tried adding the email and still the issue persist. I have created a support request.

Hi Maulin R! Could you try adding a “Reply-to” address and then saving the settings again, along with updating any other required fields? If the issue still persists, please go ahead and submit a support ticket so the team can investigate further.
