I am using the Home page in Partner Center (or Business App) as a public-facing page for my agency/clients. Currently, there are Vendasta-branded banners or links visible on the Home page that I cannot remove or customize. This impacts my ability to present a fully white-labeled experience to my clients and prospects.
Request:
Please provide an option to remove or fully customize all Vendasta-branded banners and links from the Home page, so I can maintain a consistent, white-labeled brand experience for my business.

As vendasta partners using the partner center, we get to use the AI web chat to collect leads from our website on the partner cetner. However all other communication and leads happening from within our business app. It would be great if we can centralize our customer communication and leads in one place.

I love using these tools and am now starting to see a lot of usefulness and I don't mind paying to use them as a demo inside my non-partner center client portal version, but for business purposes it would be great to have these features available to us as Vendasta Partners so we can run a smoother more streamlined process with our Partner Center rather than having to use the Business App or find a way to synchronize them as one for Vendasta partners.

We originally set up all our voice capabilities using our SMB agency account because, at the time, there was no phone number option available in Partner Center. Since then, our agency has invested heavily in marketing and communications using this specific phone number—it is everywhere our customers reach us.
Now that voice and number features are available in Partner Center and we are preparing to transition to Conversations AI, it’s absolutely important that we retain our existing phone number. We cannot afford to change it, as it would disrupt both our client access and current marketing investments.
We would like to transfer our current phone number (which was set with Business App AI voice receptionist) over to Partner Center and Conversations AI without having to adopt a new number. Please let us know how we can facilitate this transfer, as keeping our established number is essential for our business continuity.

I find it very confusing to have things in two places. it's like the Business App is marketing my Agency, and Partner Center handles the sales, but I really just need it all in one place. Can you please merge the two so I have one Partner Center Dashboard that has the Business App integrated into it? Or the other way around. Just one centralized place. Please and thank you!

Inbox in partner center does not really do much. Actions can not be taken like they can in Business App. This needs to be as robust for partners. Email, Texting, Social
We need Reputation Management in Partner Center. Now that we have a Much Improved CRM system we need the features that we have in Business App that will allow us to leverage a single database.
This just makes sense and given CRM Integration already exist in Business App.

Hi Sage! Thanks for sharing your feedback! We understand the importance of delivering a fully white-labeled experience for your clients and prospects.
While we’re not planning to add a setting to remove or customize Vendasta-branded banners on the current Home page, we are actively working on unifying the Partner Center and Business App experiences. Once that’s in place, you’ll be able to use your white-labeled Business App as the public-facing experience—without any Vendasta marketing banners—while keeping administrative and Vendasta-related content on the back-end only.
We’ll share more details and timelines as this update gets closer.

Yeah, this seems pretty important. I love the tools I'm selling my clients, so I want to use them for myself, but right now I'm learning I need to jump from Partner Center to my personal instance of business app to get everything done. It's a bit frustrating and confusing.

Agree! Jumping between an instance of our business app to access these features and back to the partner center for everything else is just not super efficient, like it could be :)
