Request to Add Ai Chatbox for Inbox Pro
I want the chatbot to be able to communicate via Inbox Pro, and do cross platform unified conversations. For example, user chats on FB Messenger and instead of just putting the contact in Inbox Pro, I would like the chatbot to interact instantly. Ideally, this should be customizable for each platform as well. Hope that makes sense.

See and Manage Subscribed/Unsubscribed Status
We should be able to have visibility on who is subscribed and who isn't, like in Mailchimp. See screenshot. Additionally, we should be able to unsubscribe someone manually. Or resubscribe them (with their permission, of course).

Make invoicing more intuitive and easier
When creating a new invoice it would be great to simply have a button that indicates the charge is a one-time charge or the charge is monthly instead of having to go to the SUBSCRIPTION screen and set-up monthly billing for some of the items in the invoice. Seems like an extra and unnecessary step.

Automated SMS response to calls
Can we send an automated text message when someone calls the business phone number? Here is the ads I was watching yesterday. It's already there. Can we make this happen for our clients? Hyperlink to Company and Contact from My Meetings
There should be a hyperlink from to the company and contact from the event inside the CRM's My Meetings. As of now, you have click into the company or contact section of the CRM then search for the contact or company. A hyperlink text to the Company or Contact will save time and reduce errors.
