This will be available in Business App for your clients to use too.
Messaging to Vendasta on Account Needing Help
Im finding that I message a lot about help I need with particular accounts. The email replies are overloading my emails and get missed in the midst of all the other emails I get. Even when I do see them, there so many Vendasta emails for other things, such as billing, updates, invoicing, etc... and the titles of the emails don't usually have the name of the account in question. I find that most Vnedasta emails kinda blend into eachother. And when Im expecting a reply to respond to a client having issues, it causes me trouble to sort through my emails and find the email chain related to the problem we're solving. Is it possible that on each accoun you have with Vendasta, we could have a messaging box that goes directly to Vendasta support and/or the relevant vendors? That way we can just go to Vendasta notifications and see from there if there are updates, or the specific account needing help. Thanks!

Please provide the Inbox/Inbox Pro as a PWA standalone app mainly for the use of smartphones. With the addition of Google Q&A, Live Chat, SMS and others, this unified inbox will need to be monitored at all times. However, customers are not always in the business app on a computer. The current business app is not at all mobile ready and therefor unhandy. In order to drive user acceptance and adoption a standalone PWA inbox would be very beneficial.

Just like a small business can get a local texting number in Business App, let partners get a local texting number to communicate with customers via SMS in the platform.
