Request: I would like to be able to upload files (already a capability) and then be able to have users download files. There are a couple of use cases I can think of:
  1. Be able to upload branding guide material, so that all employees can access and get logos, color palette, or files as needed to ensure everything stays on brand.
  2. On-Boarding agent. Send new clients to a specific landing page for on-boarding where the agent walks new clients through the process and provides files as needed through the process so the client gets them immediately.
  3. SOP agent - Where all checklists and guides are available for an employee to ensure that standard processes are followed by all employees using checklists and guides exactly based on the system.
