So we're looking at the AI chatbot integration with social channels. In Instagram specifically when an account (personal or business) is tagged in someone's story - i.e. "happy anniversary @business" - it shows up in that account's direct messages. Because of this, it triggers the opening message of the chat receptionist.

I'm wondering if it's possible to set up dynamic content for these opening messages so if there's an automation or something that based on the content of the first message from the user, the opening message changes. i.e. if someone asks a question to our dm's the chatbot responds per-normal. However if the initial message is a tag, then we can set up a custom message.
