One can apply discounts to invoices and subscriptions, but you don't have the ability to provide coupons to clients for use in the Marketplace. This would be a great feature. Please consider adding this capability. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for getting back to me on this. Short answer is yes We need coupons in both places 1) Public Store (for acquisition promos), and 2) Ordering within the platform (Business App) (for upsells/cross-sells and targeted retention/recovery offers).
We’re looking for coupons to be usable in both places:
- Public Store checkout– to run promotions for prospects (e.g., “20% off first purchase”).
- Business App checkout– for existing clients adding products (e.g., recovery or upsell offers).
Primary use cases:
- Promo campaigns with a single code used by many customers.
- Targeted discounts for specific accounts.
- Time-limited offers (seasonal, launch promos).
MVP expectations:
- Coupon field at checkout (“Have a promo code?”).
- Code types: % off or $ off.
- Options for start/end dates and usage limits (per code, per account).
- Applied to cart subtotal (before tax).
- Shown clearly as a discount line item on order/invoice.
- Managed by partner at the admin level (create, enable/disable, set rules).
This would let us run promotions in a way that’s standard across ecommerce platforms, without manually editing invoices.
I've attached a more detailed requirement. Thanks in advance.

Scott Rutherford Thanks for sharing your feedback. We can see how being able to offer coupon codes for Marketplace purchases could be valuable. We’d like to better understand your use case—are you looking to provide coupons for clients to use when purchasing through your public store, or at the time of ordering within the platform? Any additional details you can share will help us consider how this could fit into future improvements.
