We're testing this feature out now! You can go into an Executive Report, click the report selector dropdown, see the new button for custom date.
There's a disclaimer that not all cards work. But still, you can check it out!

Yes, make it the same as in Dashboard or multi location dashboard to have a consistent UI and CX.

Yes, absolutely, why don't make it the same as in the dashboard of the business app, like 30, 60, 90, quarterly, annually, custom etc.
