Executive Report e-mails should allow customization to include something other than just a link to the Executive Report. Many customers are not clicking through to their Executive Reports, how many we don't know because this information is not currently available.
Most of the SMB's we represent are more interested in the results of the work we do for them than the work itself as they are not technical and don't care about the particulars. If we could have the option in the Executive Report e-mail to include the Marketing Funnel and/or the Google Business Profile performance it would be a great, quick reinforcement of the fruit of our efforts, which is ultimately all SMB's care about. Put differently, customers are not getting enough visual reminders of what they ultimately pay us for, results. Doing this would be an easy measure to increase customer retention.
