Google Business Messages integration is coming with the first release of Business App Pro, and we're going to integrate Facebook and Instagram DMs into Inbox as well. Drop a comment if you agree with those networks as the most important, or if we should consider other networks!

Josh Baker: This is AWESOME news for the platform! Now it will be as good as many of the top recognized competitors in this space! Hopefully the Facebook/Instagram integration can also include Messenger integration

Other platforms ... Podium, Chekkit, etc. already have Messenger integration in their inbox function. This is a big selling point for them and why some of our clients have opted to move to those platforms for their communication management and review management.
