  • [Inbox Pro] Receive and respond to Facebook Messages from Inbox Pro. Facebook joins Google Business Messages, AI webchat, SMS on the growing list of communication sources integrated with Inbox Pro to help your clients centralize lead management.
Platform
  • [Billing & Payments] Add discounts to invoices when billing with Subscriptions or creating invoices manually to provide clients with a clear breakdown of the full value of their purchase. Give each discount a custom name, set it to reduce the invoice’s total by a percentage or set amount, and specify the duration.
  • [Billing & Payments] Customize the product names on the Subscription invoices to personalize the sale for each customer without affecting how products are named in your store. Customization can also be used to add context to make it easier for your clients to understand what each line item is, and what it’s for.
  • [Billing & Payments] Add one-off products when creating an invoice without adding the products to your public store.
  • [Billing & Payments] Satisfy Stripe Connect’s new verification requirements from Partner Center. Stripe recently updated their verification process for all Connect accounts in the US, which will require current accounts to submit certain details.

    by April 16th
    to avoid any service disruptions with Stripe.
  • [CRM] Collect UTM attributes with Forms to add lead source details to contact and company records. Use the data to tailor nurturing experiences and analyze where the best leads are coming from.
  • [CRM] Find a Company’s associated contacts quickly when logging activities. The Contacts formally associated with a Company are listed at the top of the dropdown list.
  • [CRM] Sort or filter Companies and Contacts by “Last Contact Date,” which takes into account any outreach efforts a salesperson made, whether it was an email, a phone call, a Linkedin message, etc. to make sure leads are being kept warm with regular contact.
  • [CRM] View more activity types in Sales Activities by Salesperson Report in Premium Reports. In addition to calls, emails, and meetings, see how many SMS, Linkedin, or Inbox messages a salesperson has sent.
