For your SMB clients:
Help SMBs close more deals by configuring their AI Chat Receptionist in Business App to book appointments through BookMeNow (My Meetings). When communicating with a customer via web chat or SMS, the AI Chat Receptionist will ask for a preferred time, check real-time availability via BookMeNow, present appointment options, and book the meeting. Enable from Business App > AI Workforce > AI Chat Receptionist > Configure > Primary Goals > check Book Calendar Events > select booking link.
For your agency:
Configure your AI Chat Receptionist in Partner Center to provide the same great customer experience to your own leads and clients, and book them in immediately during their conversations with your AI Chat Receptionist. Enable from Partner Center > AI Workforce > AI Chat Receptionist > Configure > Primary Goals > check Book Calendar Events > select booking link.
BookMeNow (My Meetings):
Updates to BookMeNow in both Business App and Partner Center (Business App > CRM > My Meetings and Partner Center > CRM > My Meetings)
are available to facilitate managing multiple meeting and appointment types, and provide customers with structured, easy-to-navigate booking experience. - Groups: Group together multiple event types in a single booking link. For your AI Chat Receptionist, this allows them book a variety of event types when communicating with customers. For your website, email signature, and more, this provides a single booking link to lead customers to booking an appointment suitable to their needs.
- Service Menus: Create a service menu to allow customers to book for a variety of services. Each service (Event Type) in the catalogue specifies the duration, location, and appropriate staff assignment (set up a round robin, or allow customers to choose from a list of available staff members).
- Event Types can also be categorized into Groups to help customers easily browse and book. For example, a spa might group appointment types into Hair Services, Nail Services, and Massage Services, with certain staff members assigned to each. A legal firm might offer booking options for Estate Planning, Patent Law, and Immigration, again with the appropriate staff corresponding to each category to ensure that clients book with lawyers possessing expertise in the correct area of law.
- Groups and Service Menus can include any mix of Personal and Team Event Types.
