Faster, clearer everyday workflows in CRM

A handful of everyday CRM workflows that use lists, forms, campaigns, and bulk actions, just got faster and less confusing to use.
Small frictions, fixed
Four everyday CRM workflows got cleaner this release:
  • Lists:
You can now edit a list's name and description after creating it, and actions that used to be buried under "More Actions" are available directly from the list details page.
  • Forms for custom objects:
Forms now process submissions for custom objects, and the submission view shows exactly what happened: which contact, company, and custom object records were touched, which associations were created, and any files that came through, each one linking back to the record.
  • Campaign scheduling:
Selected days are easier to read, the timezone now defaults to yours instead of UTC, and the recipients view shows the exact date each send will land on. Choosing a custom date recalculates automatically against your preferred days.
  • Select-all experience:
The selector no longer covers column headers, actions are proper buttons, hitting the 100-row limit tells you so instead of silently stopping, and select-all mode has its own color so you always know whether you're acting on everything matching your search or just what's on screen.
Why it matters
Small friction adds up in a big way when its encountered in daily workflows. Clearer statuses, better defaults, and safer bulk actions mean fewer surprises and less time spent double-checking your own work.
Who it's for
  • Partners and teams managing lists, forms, and campaigns in CRM
  • Anyone who uses custom objects
  • Teams that regularly use bulk actions across large record sets
How to get started
No setup is required. These improvements are live automatically wherever you already use Lists, Forms, Campaigns, and CRM dashboards.
  1. Lists:
Open any list and click into its name or description to edit it. List actions are now available directly on the list details page.
  2. Forms:
Open a form submission that includes fields from a custom object to see exactly how the data flows through.
  3. Campaigns:
When scheduling a send, note that
    your
timezone is now the default. Review the recipient view to confirm the exact send date.
  4. Bulk actions:
    Use "select all" as before
FAQs
Q: Do I need to reconfigure existing campaigns to get the timezone fix?
A: No, the timezone default applies going forward. Review any campaigns you're actively scheduling to confirm the send date looks correct.
Q: Does the select-all row limit change how many records I can act on at once?
A: No, the 100-row limit itself hasn't changed. The update just makes it clear when you've hit that limit instead of silently stopping.
Q: Can I use file uploads with custom object forms?
A: Yes, file uploads submitted through a form are now shown in the submission view alongside the contact, company, and custom object records they're linked to.
