Send Follow-Up SMS after AI Voice Conversation: New Automation Template
Last week, AI Voice Receptionist was released to open beta in Business App to help your SMB clients capture more new leads and keep customers happy.  
New this week, an automation template for your SMB clients that:
triggers when a call is made to the AI voice receptionist
writes a follow-up SMS based on the transcript
sends the follow-up SMS using Inbox and Automations
This is a great way to stop-the-shop after someone calls! Turn it on in for each of your SMBs in Business App by going to Business App > Automations > AI Receptionist sends follow-up SMS to leads who called > [toggle on].
