This week, Maclean Nelson shares how Reputation Management Premium empowers you to generate more positive reviews for your clients, prove performance with better search rankings, and help them build up trust with consumers.

By upgrading your clients to Reputation Management Premium, they (and you) can:
  • Request reviews via email to collect reviews from satisfied customers across multiple platforms like Google, Facebook, and other review sites of their choosing.
  • Be ready to request quickly with ready-to-go templates in the new Email Builder.
  • Customize those templates with AI to include just the right messaging and imagery for each audience.
  • Import, edit, and filter contacts to segment recipients and tailor requests according to customer or purchase type.
  • Track open and click-through statuses for each recipient.

  • Easy SMS number registration via a built-in form for A2P compliance for your U.S. clients

Why upgrade?
Reputation Management Premium joins our Standard and Pro editions of the product. The Premium edition merges review request features over from Customer Voice directly into Reputation Management to provide you with a seamless end-to-end review request and management workflow in a single product, and at a lower cost than purchasing Customer Voice and Reputation Management Pro separately.
