Ability to add action buttons to the web chat

currently there is no ability to add a quick action button to the webchat to give the person engaging in the web chat the ability to click the button that will populate on the chat or direct them to the action, or alternatively add the ability to format a link as a styled button, as this currently exists in part

Hey Frankie, great callout and clearly one others are feeling too. Giving visitors quick, clickable pathways inside the chat is a natural UX improvement that reduces friction and drives better engagement.
Current Focus: Right now, our primary focus in the Conversations AI space is expanding the capabilities of the web chat experience, including multi-location routing, smarter filtering, and a new AI-first interface.
While styled action buttons within the chat widget aren't on the immediate schedule, I've noted this for our future planning sessions. Thanks for helping us build a better product!

Hey Frankie Visone! You might be able to do some of this with Widget Actions in the web chat configuration panel. Have you experimented with that?
