Currently, AI Workforce is only able to respond in plain text. This is very limiting when you compare the AI Workforce to offerings of OpenAI, Perplexity and Claude. However, the AI Workforce has its strengths in the seamless integration with the CRM and all other modules such as Listing Builder, Website, Reputation, Campaigns, Social Media. Advertizing and eMail Marketing etc. Especially when using the AI Workforce for internal use cases such as a "AI based financial controller" with access to statistical, insights and KPI details of a company as a knowledge source (JSON, CSV) or even by a Tool (API), it would be important that beside the pure text details, also charts and graphics could be provided. Similar to i.e. ChatGPT.

on webchat the ability to upload an image would be very useful. Now I get that there is potential for this to be abused but I do think that it could be something that was only available once somebody has given a name email address and telephone number - even if it just allowed a link at that point.

In many cases, a text response is just fine and the AI response question to the user could be answered in text as well. However, if you are in the business of converting sales as easy, seamless and fast as possible, it makes sense to offer decision buttons next to the response. A user can simply click on the decision button in order to act for the next step. Also, it would be very handy to have some standard CTA buttons in place even before the conversation starts. Such as "Book Now", "Check Availability", ""What is my Best Price"? or such on which the AI Workforce can start the task.

Especially in the Hotel Industry, but I guess also for Online Shop businesses, it is important to actually show images of the Hotel or Products (i.e., different Room Types) within an AI Workforce response. It would be great to see a carrousel of three different room types with the respective image and a headline, linked to a website for more details or such.

I’m losing clients in Puerto Rico because Vendasta SMS doesn’t work with 787/939 numbers. This breaks AI Receptionist text-backs and forces cancellations. Urgent fix needed: enable SMS for US territories now please.

The ability to set up the web chat in conversations AI in your Partner Centre so that default web chat opens with those capabilities in place across the business app

The UK market requires full access to the virtual Assistant products particularly in regard to voice. (Europe is in the same predicament) We also need a better integrated voice in the business app Especially if we're going to make use of the sales coach AI as it comes online.

We received a request from one of our largest Google advertisers using Inbox Pro regarding the ability to download selected chat conversations, similar to how chats are saved in a Zoom call. The goal is to easily copy and paste specific chats into their CRM — not all, just selected conversations.

The only way to message with our team via Partner Center is to message our company that is an account. This is rough because we are getting double notified as a chat in partner center and at an account level. There's got to be a better way

If AI could first attempt to collect the customer's name, phone number, and email and then check if the customer wants to chat with someone now, it should transfer the conversation to a live agent. It would be great if the AI could recognize the intent of the conversation and allow us to prioritize immediate responses to potential customers.
