Add the ability to send conversations to live agents.

If AI could first attempt to collect the customer's name, phone number, and email and then check if the customer wants to chat with someone now, it should transfer the conversation to a live agent. It would be great if the AI could recognize the intent of the conversation and allow us to prioritize immediate responses to potential customers.
