Currently, the AI agents can't seem to see access Chat transcripts or full conversation history. They can only see the summaries.
This leads to situations where the Agent is "unaware" of messages it received or even sent itself previously to a Contact.
This limits the accuracy of the AI Agents "memory" which impacts the quality of some of its responses.
Ideally there would be a full conversation history for each contact and AI Agents would be able to see the history and understand based on the time/date of the messages what is still relevant and not.
