Hello Shahed Chowdhury, thank you for your patience. Users can now send SMS text to any phone number with automations. This means you can receive a text alert yourself (or send it to a teammate) when someone submits their information through the WebChat or a Form submission or a phone call. Here is an article on the configuration:
