It would be great if the Mobile App could work like a text messaging system. A conversation is initiated, the business gets a notification on their phone that someone wants to chat and clicking the notification launches the mobile Business App and can reply right there in the app. This seems like an easy "win" when selling the Conversations AI to any business that works "in the field". Is this in on the roadmap for future development? Am I the only one suggesting this?

HI Dave, this is how the mobile app (iOS, Android) currently works. When a new message is received, or the AI receptionist captures a new lead from web chat, or a new phone call comes in, a push notification alerts the business user and they can tap that message and reply to the message from the app. Let us know if you're having issues with this experience!
