When the AI makes a mistake, we need a way for a human to step in and correct the AI's answer in an anonymous chat. Our customers often don't give contact information but we need to make sure we can correct the AI if needed.

I would like to be notified of anonymous website chats before a lead is captured. Either right away when the chat starts, or when the conversation goes dormant for a few minutes. It would be nice to be able to intervene as a human in these situations as well.

Hey Dave, this makes a lot of sense. Maintaining quality and trust in AI conversations, even anonymous ones, is critical, and having a human safety net is a reasonable expectation.
Right now, our team is looking at improving inbox management and human-in-the-loop workflows, giving teams better tools to monitor and act on conversations as they happen.
While we aren't able to slot anonymous chat intervention into the immediate schedule, I've noted this for our future planning sessions. Thanks for helping us build a better product!
