When communicating with clients through Inbox, a user could quickly create a task while in the Inbox interface, and assign it to themself or someone on their team, to ensure they don't forget an action item.

We are working with businesses and this would be a great update. Making a note when a lead has been assigned or just some additional overall knowledge added to the conversations would be great.

yes I find myself wanting to create a task manager task in messenger would be very helpful.
