Request for White-Label Customization of “Conversations” Tab in the Business APP

Vendasta is positioned as a white-label provider, but the “Conversations” tab name appears across marketing and product references. This undermines the white-label experience because anyone can search for “Conversations” and find Vendasta, revealing the source provider instead of my agency brand.
True white-label means I can fully rename and present this software as my own. I am requesting the ability to change the “Conversations” tab name (and similar branded terms) to align with my agency branding. This will ensure clients see only my agency's product name, not Vendasta’s, when using these tools.

Hey Tom, this is a legitimate white-label concern and the reasoning makes sense. If a client can Google a tab name and trace it back to Vendasta, that breaks the illusion you've worked hard to build.
Current Focus: Right now, our primary focus in the Business App space is delivering a brand new AI-first app experience, which will reshape how navigation and core features are presented to end users.
While custom tab naming isn't on the immediate schedule, the upcoming changes to the Business App may naturally create new opportunities to address this. I've noted it for our future planning sessions. Thanks for helping us build a better product!
