Contact-Level Access Control for Multi-User Teams

For businesses with multiple users (e.g., real estate brokerages), CRM AI currently lacks the ability to restrict contact visibility by user.
We need role-based or user-level permissions that allow each agent to:
Access and manage only their own contacts
Not view or interact with contacts belonging to other agents
At the same time, the system must support:
Organization-wide campaigns (brokerage-level emails to all contacts)
Segmented campaigns (targeting contacts owned by specific agents)
This would allow brokerages to maintain privacy and data ownership at the agent level, while still enabling centralized marketing and communication from head office.

Hey Bill, this makes sense. Currently, we have this level of permission control in the Partner Center's CRM, we will be looking into bringing the same permission control into Business App, now that we have a dedicated user management page in Business App.

This is highly needed. Please consider this feature. Very helpful for multi-user teams in the insurance industry as well.
