Hello Vendasta team, I would like to request an improvement for the Bookmenow / My Meetings system: For sports venues or room bookings, it is essential that clients are able to reserve more than one hourly slot in a single booking (e.g., book a tennis court for 2+ hours). Currently, the system only allows for maximum 60-minute slots and does not support booking consecutive time blocks as one reservation, which limits its use for these purposes. Suggested improvements: Allow the ability to select multiple consecutive slots in a single booking flow. Enable custom event durations longer than 60 minutes (e.g. 90, 120, 180 minutes, etc.). Consider an option for the client to specify the desired booking duration within defined business settings. This feature would make the system much more usable for sports facilities and rental venues. Thank you for considering this enhancement!

Currently we can Export contacts and companies from business app. I have several clients using the CRM for Sales and Opportunities. They need the ability to export this data for the purpose of reviewing revenue and forecasting. Additionally we would like the ability to back them up to prevent loss of data. This should be a feature that is in High Demand for any company using the CRM.

We have set confirmation and reminder SMS for our Booking Links, but those actual messages dont show up as a record in the Contact in the CRM or in the Conversations thread. We should be able to see all communication that goes out to a contact here, no matter the original trigger for it! Please & Thank you!

We would like the email notifications to be sent from our branded email addresses (e.g., _____@ support.com , ______@ sampleagency.com ) instead of the default noreply@bookmenow.info address. when a meeting is scheduled using bookmenow.info Could you please check and assist with enabling this? Thank you.

Hi Team, We use BookMeNow and need to track conversions in Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc. At the minimum we should be able to set a URL redirect after successful appointment booking. ( example.com/thank-you ) Also would be great if BookMeNow could send event data from the booking calendar to our website when someone takes specific steps (like picking a date, or when they actually finish booking). Our website could then "listen" for these messages using Google Tag Manager (GTM). GTM would then pass this information on to Google Analytics (GA4) as specific events. This would let us see more about how people use the calendar, like which steps they complete. We can then analyze this detailed journey in Google Analytics (GA4) to better understand user behavior. The "Thank You" page redirect is the probably the fastest and simplest solution, but sending event data would be a great for more detailed tracking. Thank you.

Can you please add a feature for an optional redirect after a successful booking? This is a paid feature in both Cal and Calendly and would be exceedingly remarkable if Vendasta could allow this as a built-in feature. Just a simple input field where the calendar owner can add a URL when creating the calendar link that the system redirects to after someone has booked an appointment. This feature is critical to accurate 3rd-party tracking such as Google Ads or Google Analytics. For example, if running an ad and we want to track booked appointments as a conversion, the most reliable way to do that is to have the tracking code load on a thank-you page or booking confirmation page.

We have clients that are wanting to add custom text fields that are for things like Descriptions, Notes, or other addresses. It would be useful for their to be a custom field type that is Text Area instead of a single line.

Date picker not working

Right now the Meetings sends out email reminders for meetings scheduled in Partner Center which is a good start; however, to increase show up rate, having the ability to also use SMS reminders would be a great addition. If nothing else, an easy automation using the Conversations AI along with Automations to achieve the same thing.

It would be very helpful to have an option to permanently delete opportunities from both the Partner Center and Business App pipelines, especially for test records or deals created by mistake. Currently, we can only mark them as won or lost, which can misrepresent reporting and analytics, particularly when running pipeline or conversion reports. Having the ability to delete these irrelevant or test opportunities would make CRM data cleaner and reports more accurate throughout the whole platform.
