You are the only CRM on the planet not offering direct sync of email to the activity feed in the CRM for contacts and companies. I am not sure why, but this is critical for almost ANY agency to keep up. Without it your CRM is a glorified address book.

There would be a lot of advantage if we were able to sync all of our contacts into Google Contacts so that we could see in emails, who has called, etc.

Hey Ned Fasullo, we are working on a native gmail/ outlook integration at the moment!
