Right now, a prospect goes through 3 steps:
  • Step 1: They fill out a form from the website (name, email, and phone).
  • Step 2: They land on a thank-you page and pick a time on the booking calendar (bookmenow.info).
  • Step 3: The calendar asks them to enter their name, email, and phone again.
Typing the same details twice feels like extra work, and some people may leave before they finish booking.
My questions:
  • Can the booking calendar fill in the details from the form automatically?
  • If yes, how do we set it up?
  • If not, is there another way, like a form and calendar in one step?
