Inbox / Inbox Pro as PWA App / Mobile App

Please provide the Inbox/Inbox Pro as a PWA standalone app mainly for the use of smartphones.
With the addition of Google Q&A, Live Chat, SMS and others, this unified inbox will need to be monitored at all times.
However, customers are not always in the business app on a computer. The current business app is not at all mobile ready and therefor unhandy.
In order to drive user acceptance and adoption a standalone PWA inbox would be very beneficial.

Thomas Mueller Business App is going to be the single access point for users to access all their tools, including Inbox, and we’re committed to making the mobile experience better and better in 2024.
Business App is a PWA today, and it’s important it works well on a mobile device, so please share specific areas where it falls down to help us prioritize where to make it better.
We’re also looking at making it a published “grey-label” app (a brand that’s not associated to Vendasta) in the app stores next year, so that users can have a great on-the-go messaging and notification experience - stay tuned for that.
