The anchor text on the left side navigation menu to access the CRM is titled "Contacts". Under the "Contacts" (CRM) anchor text are the subsections, "Contacts", "Companies", and "Tasks".

Naming the anchor text as "Contacts" is counterintuituve and confusing.

Since the "Contacts", "Companies", and "Tasks" are subsections of the CRM, the logical anchor text should be named "CRM".
