I want the chatbot to be able to communicate via Inbox Pro, and do cross platform unified conversations.

For example, user chats on FB Messenger and instead of just putting the contact in Inbox Pro, I would like the chatbot to interact instantly. Ideally, this should be customizable for each platform as well.
