Ability to manually retrieve new reviews from Google Business Profile.

Google sends a notification email as soon as new reviews are received. Review response time is an important metric and currently reviews are pulled/scraped into Reputation Manager once in a 24-hour period (twice with the Rapid Reviews add-on). Adding a Refresh or Retrieve button to manually bring in new reviews would allow for faster response and use of the AI Suggest Response feature.

Hi Jim,

Google requires that the Reputation Management account have their GBP authenticated, and then we should receive updates from Google when they publish a new review.
