Improve on the way that downtime on a website is detected and reported.

In Q3 we will be adding features to the Website Pro Dashboard as well as the Admin Dashboard to help track the uptime statistics of each site as well as tools to help you find sites currently experiencing an outage in your portfolio.

And provide a monitoring subscription/notification so that we as the agency will instantly be notified of any outage upfront (and not from our customer).

Thomas Mueller: Hey Thomas, there is some functionality that already exists to give you downtime notifications. The support article for how to opt into them is linked below.
Currently sites are only checked every 30 minutes but we hope to revisit that as part of this project and see if we can improve on that.
