Partners are now able to disable the default Google Analytics integration in Website Pro
To facilitate proof of performance, Website Pro has always provided a default Google Analytics tracking Id with every website. However, the use of Google Analytics for sites based in the European Union is problematic for GDPR. Since Website Pro is growing in the European Union, we have provided the ability for partners to disable the default Google Analytics tracking so partners are able to work towards being GDPR compliant with their websites.

Dieter Goetzinger: Disabling GA is not a solution that helps customers. Instead it is important to make sure, the website uses GA in a GDPR compliant way by getting active consent from the visitors of the website. A general solution for all your customers would be https://usercentrics.com/ if offered as an add-on to WebSite Pro.
