It would be great if the review widget had a Write a review button like Birdeye includes in their widget. This button allows visitors to click and select a destination (Google, Facebook, etc...), then direct users to leave a review.

The Review Widget of Reputation Management and its integration into Website Pro is very poor and limited at this time.
Neither is it provided as a managed plugin (like Business Profile Content Plugin) nor is it flexible in its design and UI integration into the customers website.
This requires urgent improvements, especially as the Review Widget is a paid add on.
Please look at i.e. https://repuso.com/product/ for your inspiration and upgrade the review widget urgently.

Yes, this widget needs an overhaul and rejuvenation with more options to be customized to better fit into customers website pro websites.

The Review Display Widget is only in 'portrait' format, many clients of ours want a 'Landscape' version of the widget.
MOST importantly, people are getting clever. If they are very angry with a business, they will leave a scathing review and give it 5-stars - that way it has HIGH visibility and shows on websites that use a review widget. I've included an image that shows this type of review spam.

UPDATE, I have found that you can switch the review widget to a 'moderated mode' so review spam can be filtered! Good job!

Devan W.: Switch to 'Moderated mode' by updating settings in the 'Widget'. Specifically: Publish reviews generated from 3rd party sites such as Google, Facebook etc:
Change the setting from 'Automatically Publish 4 Start Reviews or Higher'
TO
'Publish Manually'
Now you need to know how to show the reviews you want. Do this by clicking the 'Share' button on the reviews you like and choose 'Publish to Review Widget'
