Hi Team,

Within Reputation AI, the available cool-off period options for review requests are currently limited to 30, 60, and 90 days.

We have a partner who is requesting a longer cool-off period of up to 180 days to better align with their customer engagement cycle.

Is it possible to extend the cool-off period beyond the current options and support additional intervals up to 180 days? If not currently available, are there any workarounds or plans to support this functionality in the future?
