Reputation AI

I have some customers that do not like the robotic replies from automated responses and want it to feel a little more personal. being able to train the AI to include things like personality or maybe even signing a name at the end of every review would increase the likely hood of the automated response upsell.

If possible, it would be great to have the option to customize which rating triggers the redirect to the Google Business page. Right now, the only option is to select “Yes” for a redirect after a submission of 7 or higher. Additionally, to help avoid negative experiences on the Google Business page, we’d like to see lower ratings handled differently. If someone selects a lower-tier number, it would be ideal to remove the option to choose between “Share Feedback” or “Review on Google” and instead direct them only to the feedback section. This would help the company address any concerns internally.

In Review Repsonse, when using the AI recommended prompt, you don't have an option to tell it how you want it changed. Like "make this more friendly" or "make it shorter" etc. you also should be able to type in your own reply and have AI rewrite what you wrote in any way you like for a more customized voice from the business owner.

I can argue this more, but we are not adding "AI" to all the products that have AI capabilities. For example, it is still Social Marketing, not "Social Marketing AI". Also, I am open to being told why I am wrong, and "Reputation AI" is better.

While you can currently see BBB reviews in the Reputation Management dashboard, you cannot directly respond to them within the Business App. Is it possible to add BBB to the "Connect Your Accounts" page so that we can directly respond to reviews within the business app? Some info on BBB API integration here: https://apiportal.bbb.org/documentation/ *I initially submitted this on the Business App Board, apologies for the duplicate feedback.

We are seeing more and more clients express a desire to receive a report of their reviews across the web. It would be beneficial if the reviews that are in Reputation Management could be pulled into an Excel or CSV file displaying the Site, Reviewer Name, Review Rating, and the Review.

Competing products have Deleted Review Monitoring, a differentiation that was really highlighted again during the latest Google Reviews purge/bug/tweak. Whenever legit reviews and review responses disappear, it's critical to be able to take as much data as to Google as possible for the appeals process.

The review widget is not a reliable source of review data. Overall star ratings and number of reviews do not match Google Business Profile reviews. I have to subscribe to Elfsight to get a review widget that is accurate for my clients. I would really like to leverage Reputation Management for this, but until this is fixed, it raises questions from clients as to why our data isn't accurate. Please consider fixing this issue. I've already submitted a support ticket, they said I needed to add this as a feature request.

We've had a number of requests for this information and currently there isn't any place in the system to get it from. It would be nice to have something either put into the "Premium Reports" section or added to Reputation Management where you could download the review details into a csv or something based on a chosen timeframe or all time.

Lots of businesses receive reviews that include images. Currently RM does not pull in images and it would be important for a business to see the associated image to a review before responding within the system.
