I'd love a feature for the AI receptionist on the Web Chat number to be turned on and off automatically using a hours of operation calendar, that way someone can have it enabled only during non-office hours and not have to worry about turning it on and off again.

A business already has a landline number, and wants to use that for SMS messaging in Inbox – let them connect Inbox Pro to their existing number, to send and receive messages from the same number.
