Beginning on July 5th, in an effort to reduce spam messages being sent and received, major mobile carriers like T-Mobile and AT&T will begin blocking unregistered mobile numbers in the United States. At Vendasta, a short form has been created in Customer Voice to facilitate this registration process and ensure that your clients can send text messages confidentially without getting blocked by the major carriers. This update applies to any account that has Customer Voice and has purchased an SMS Add-on Package and plan to send review requests via text messages. After the registration process, Partners and their clients can rest assured that text messages will reach their contacts. Registered numbers will not get blocked by the major U.S. mobile carriers or flagged as spam. Registered numbers will be able to send up to 2000 SMS / MMS messages per day.
