We’re seeing ongoing challenges with users accessing the Business App. Common issues include not receiving email invites, confusion over login credentials, and general friction at the point of entry. These difficulties are not unique to our platform—they are widespread across many applications. To improve access and reduce the support burden, we’re proposing to implement a magic link login option. This secure, one-time link would be delivered via email (and potentially SMS) and allow users to log in without needing a password.
