Can we get email and text deliverability metrics into the Executive Report? Such as how many emails were sent, how many texts were sent, click-through rate, number of clicks, etc. Also having it as an extra table in the funnel beside Impressions, Engagement, Leads. I think it would be a great way for partners to show attribution and proof of performance for their clients using Campaigns Pro

Add an AI summary generator on the Executive Report. Include performance highlights across the marketing funnel and optimization recommendations relevant to the selected reporting period.

I would love to be able to link linkedin to executive reporting to see social analytics.

It would be helpful to be able to organize and hide/display sections on Executive Reports and incorporate 3rd party data as needed so I can produce automated monthly reports tailored to each of my clients, demonstrating proof of performance on the services I provide to them.

The Google Search Console data currently offers visibility into the number of clicks as well as the average position for respective keywords. It would be extremely valuable to also show the number of impressions so that clients understand the number of queries and how often those queries are converting to clicks.

Hoping there's a feature to ensure that ONLY current clients receive the weekly reports

Partner's feedback on Executive Report - The best performance matrix should be highlighted right in the email body as per sections and for a full detailed report a PDF should be attached.

If the client doesn't receive any reviews for one month it makes it sound like their star rating went down. Either indicating reviews were removed or a negative review was left. When in reality they just didn't receive any. So the review star rating should be the same. I feel the verbiage should change so the client's don't think their GBP star ratings are going down.

Currently little to no insight into when a Business App user has viewed their Executive Report. Salespeople and admins would like to see if users are interacting with the report, when, and what sections they're specifically interested in.

We are finding that some of the data in the weekly executive report to be misleading, incorrect or irrelevant. An example is the Actions tile - showing how many people Visit the website, call us or request directions. First - the colors are extremely distracting and hard to make out the different graphs overlapping each other. Second, we believe that one of the data sets is completely wrong (how many ask directions to our offices - that are not open to the public) This metric is irrelevant to our business development and we believe is being counted incorrectly. We want it removed. What we DO care about is website traffic and number of calls - but that data is being swamped and obscured by this "requested directions" data set that we believe is quite possibly fraudulent. I have brought this up to support - they told me to post a request for change here.
